The registration fee includes the conference material, admission to all the scientific sessions, welcome reception and coffee breaks.
All refunds will only be processed after the completion of the Conference. Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellation before June 15th, 2023: reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee
Cancellation from Julne16th, 2023: no reimbursement.
